Customer Care Representative

Call Centre & Customer Service

England-North Yorkshire

Permanent

19 March 2024

Our client is a distributor and and excellent business to join due to their growth, career progression and fantastic company culture.  They are looking for a Customer Care Representative who can provide high levels of customer service and administrative support for the sales department. They are expected to be the first to respond to inbound calls and enquiries. Whilst the sales team will be on hand to assist, Customer Care must seek to first satisfy any queries in the most efficient and effective manner – only passing calls through to other members of the Sales Team or other departments once the nature of the call has been qualified and if they are unable to provide a resolution themselves.

Customer Services are a part of the Sales Team and should work well with Salespeople to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes are attained for the customer and Cromwell. When processing sales orders, Customer Services are expected to call customers with any necessary amends or additions, liaising with the Account Manager wherever necessary.
