Senior Marketing Executive
Our client is looking for a Senior Marketing Executive - this is a newly created role - the client operates in the manufacturing industry serving the construction sector. They are a growing business with a great culture & progression opportunities.
The role is overseeing the marketing activities including the digital strategy & event management.
Digital Marketing:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase online presence and drive traffic to our website and social media platforms.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content for social media, email marketing, website, and other digital channels.
- Analyse and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the design and PR team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Event Management:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute company events, including webinars, trade shows, conferences, and product launches.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and budget management.
- Develop event marketing materials, such as invitations, programs, and promotional content.
- Oversee event registration, attendee communication, and post-event follow-up.
- Evaluate the success of events through attendee feedback and performance metrics, providing insights for future events.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and event management.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Salesforce, WordPress, LinkedIn, Canva, etc.
- Strong understanding of SEO.
- Exceptional social media marketing knowledge and content creation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Gator, Mailchimp) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience within manufacturing, property or construction is desired.
