Our client is looking for a Senior Marketing Executive - this is a newly created role - the client operates in the manufacturing industry serving the construction sector. They are a growing business with a great culture & progression opportunities.

The role is overseeing the marketing activities including the digital strategy & event management.

 

Digital Marketing:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase online presence and drive traffic to our website and social media platforms.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content for social media, email marketing, website, and other digital channels.
  • Analyse and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the design and PR team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Event Management:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute company events, including webinars, trade shows, conferences, and product launches.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and budget management.
  • Develop event marketing materials, such as invitations, programs, and promotional content.
  • Oversee event registration, attendee communication, and post-event follow-up.
  • Evaluate the success of events through attendee feedback and performance metrics, providing insights for future events.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and event management.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Salesforce, WordPress, LinkedIn, Canva, etc.
  • Strong understanding of SEO.
  • Exceptional social media marketing knowledge and content creation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Gator, Mailchimp) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience within manufacturing, property or construction is desired.
