Sales Director

Our client is a leader in the electrical distribution sector with a vast array of products.  Their main customers are M & E contractors & they have fantastic relationship with them & also the manufacturers who supply them.

They are looking for a Sales Director to lead the team & drive their business forward.  You will be managing key customers, as well as leading the internal & external sales team.  There is 1 x Technical sales and a great internal sales team of 6.  They have some great processes in place and really need someone who can pull everything together & improve on their existing ways of working.

It is a family run business and they have a great can do attitude, with a culture of supporting from within & development.

The are looking for someone with the following:

- experience with the electrical sector
- experience of dealing with M & E contractors
- leadership experience
- open
- honest
- can do attitude
