Our client operates in the logistics sector and they are looking for an Interim HR Business Partner to join their team. Initially the role will be for 6 months. As a key part of the management team you will be responsible for managing both operational & strategic HR initiatives.
You will have day to day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing & controlling all HR related activities of the company in line with the policies and procedures including risk management and all aspects of people management.
You will be responsible for the maintenance and enhancement of the clients policies, procedures and practises.
The role:
- Updating job roles & job descriptions for the client
- Organising staff recruitment, interviewing and candidate selection processes
- Conducting pay reviews & making recommendations
- Managing appraisals and training managers where appropriate
- Maintain employee benefit program
- Ensure compliance of HR policies
- Identifying employee training needs
- Strategic support on succession planning
The role also offers the opportunity to work on specific value added projects
About you:
- Broad knowledge of all aspects of HR
- Up to date knowledge of compliance and best practise
- 3 - 5 years of a variety of sectors experience
- Flexible & adaptable approach
- Great communicator
