Our client is a leading logistics business who put people at the heart of what they do. They are a great business with a fantastic ethos and great culture. There is a great opportunity to grow and develop with them as they have huge grow plans for 2023.
They are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their growing team. You will be working on site dealing with all aspects of HR case work and advice. The role is based within the business but will have support from their 3rd party HR company.
Responsibilities:
- Advise management on all matters to employee issues
- Effective case management
- Advise on statutory leave
- Confident influencer with managemtn and staff
- Support any disciplinaires or grievances
About you:
- Minimum 5 years HR experience
- Excellent administration skills & accurate record keeping
- Working knowledge of employee law
- Great organisational skills
- Current member of CIPD & have qualifications in HR Level 5 diploma as a minimum
- Understand laws around TUPE & expereince of wortking on TUPE cases
- Good general HR experience
- Self starter
